the staff helped make my stay really good and the food was lovely.
i had booked a standard basic room as part of the winter indulgence package. i was unable to get a room upgrade included in the package. the bathroom was a bit old and gross with mould trapped in the glass doors and dirty grout.

the hotel location next to the beach is excellent. i loved that the gym facilities were very good. i appreciated the staff as they helped with a late check out on all three rooms. welcome to the premises was warm. the front desk was professionally cute.
I never heard of paying top dollar for a room with no parking. at $50 a night, it was a huge cost. no parking was available directly across from the hotel. i had to walk there with luggage. it was disappointing. the lights were not effective. i could not turn the bathroom light on without turning all the lights on in the main room. It was frustrating at night when trying to sleep

the front desk offered warm welcomes, and staff were helpful for luggage management, especially for my wife as she went to the room while i parked. i was impressed that staff were attentive and had a lovely view.

the breakfast was exceptional, featuring a well-reserved selection of items. a $100 credit was given. bistro staff were great. the bistro manly bill was automatically applied at checkout. the coffee satchels were old.

the location is convenient for visitors as local stores are nearby. i found different restaurants, bars, and convenient stores also close. i enjoyed the unmistakable view of the beach directly in front of the hotel it set.

There were omissions in the room, like no drawers. There were only three coat hangers in the small cupboard. the safe was at ground level, so it was hard to use, and there was no table to eat at. the room rates do not match the hotel standard.

I found only one chair in the room, even though two people were staying there. towels were in the wardrobe, not the bathroom. I had to walk wet to get them. the mattress protector was old and pilled so the bed seemed sandy.

The hotel is close to the beach. I liked this proximity. The location is central. Everything felt quite accessible. Breakfast offered a good variety of food items. It was quite generous.
The room lacked drawers. I found this inconvenient. There were only three hangers. This was not enough space. The safe was on the floor. It was hard to reach. I also didn't find a table in the room. There was only one chair.
